The estate covers 10 ha where the following grape varieties are grown: Rivaner, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Sylvaner, Chardonnay, Riesling, Saint-Laurent and Grüner Veltliner. Wines and Cremants are produced by selecting the grapes according to their degree of maturity thus obtaining different quality stages.
René Bentz received his education in France and his son Nicolas, who took over, received his education in Germany. They continue the management of vineyards in reasoned viticulture. Guarantor of quality are a strict selection of grapes and a determined yield per hectare.
Only organic fertilizer and compost are used in vines. The harvest takes place only at the full maturity of the grapes to obtain strong flavors and a high sugar content. The quality of our wines and creamers shows us that we are on the right track.
